Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped millions of men and women become more confident in front of an audience. Sofia Toastmasters is the first Club in Sofia and exists since the year 2000. Its learn-by-doing program is sure to help you become a better speaker and leader.
Toastmasters will give you the skills and confidence you need to express yourself effectively in any situation. Whether you are a professional, student, stay-at-home parent or retiree, Toastmasters is the most efficient and affordable way of gaining great communication skills.
By learning to express your ideas in a better way, you open an entirely new world of possibilities. You’ll become more persuasive and confident when giving presentations, and you’ll improve your one-on-one dealings with others
Communication isn't optional; good and effective communication, however, is sometimes hard to achieve.
The Toastmasters club provides you with an adequate and efficient step program that helps you develop and improve your communication skills in a friendly, supportive and self-paced environment.
During the various steps of the program, you will be giving and receiving feedback and ongoing evaluations to keep track of your progress and get the proper encouragement to get better and better at public speaking and leadership.
Our meetings are held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday.
